The Office
The brains behind the body of Icicle Tricycles! Our illustrious office team handles everything from invoicing, payroll, and customer relations to website admin, graphic design and sales.
Visiting the office at any point will most likely yield conversations pertaining to favorite Disney movies, outlandish music being played over a Bluetooth speaker, and ways to grow our beloved company in innumerable directions.
The Office Crew is bound together for all time by the invisible strands of shared excellence. Each member brings a host of skills and talents to Icicle Tricycles, that we choose to direct towards the betterment of the company and the improvement of the Icicle Tricycles experience.

Graham Adams (He/Him)
Business Development Manager & Player of Games
Graham Adams joined in the fall of 2024 and has been running all of the “We should do that” projects that have been mentioned over the years. With a background in hospitality, customer success, and bikes, it was the perfect fit. You can find him being a dad, walking the dog, out in the garden or playing games.

Caleb Werner (He/Him)
Website Admin & Petter of dogs
Caleb started with Icicle Tricycles as an insulation technician. Building the insulation used in our custom trikes, and soon moving into the packaging department as well. After realizing Caleb’s talents for web development and administration, the team quickly enlisted his aid in improving the website and it’s been constant improvements ever since.

Randi Spencer (She Her)

Kio O’Leary (He/They)
Print Room
Where all the graphical magic happens. You want your trike to have a custom wrap that depicts a wizard riding a dragon, emblazoned across the sides of your custom ice cream bike? This is where that happens. Once your design has been submitted and approved, our in-house print department brings it into the realm of reality through the manual application of each wrap on every panel. Quality assurance is king, and each panel is meticulously reviewed before being sent to our professional mechanics who build your mobile dream business

Lucas Ritter (He/Him)
Print Technician & Time Wizard
Lucas exists outside of time, which is why he excels in the print department. Coming from a long line of time wizards, Lucas uses his powers for good as he prints all the custom designs for the company. From mom and Pop shops to large scale marketing endeavors, Lucas treats every panel and print like they were members of his precious rock collection. Go Lucas, you are champion.
The Mech Team
The mech team is our everything. They build the trikes, they create and deploy test cases for new custom models and perhaps most importantly they tell us no when we ask them stuff like “Can we add hovercraft technology to any of our trikes?”. Without them, we would be nothing except a group of people desperately wishing we hadn’t promised that one customer a hover-trike…
With over [number] of years mechanical experience between them, our mech crew members are building the dreams of small business owners and marketing firms alike every day. Each trike we build passes through the hands of a trained bike mechanic and goes through rigorous quality control processes before getting sent to our packaging and shipping department. No trike leaves our warehouse without the signed approval of our shop manager.

Sam Deutsch (He/Him)
Shop Manager & Puppet Royalty
Sam oversees all happenings in the shop and somehow, isn’t spread too thin. We believe Sam was born into the 2-dimensional realm, and somehow found his way here to our 3-dimensional reality. Sam once fought seven rabid elephants to save the baby of a local nun. Sam can read the mind of any squirrel over the age of 4, and is known as “The Puppet King” in various locales spread throughout the top left portion of the United States and Canada.

Will Selig (He/They)
Lead Mechanic & Purveyor of Sassiness
Will can juggle 9 chainsaws at a time, brew you the best cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted and walk your teacup poodle, all while creating the most beautiful trike imaginable. Tune-ups are called “The Will Standard” around these parts, because no trike leaves their capable hands without being in perfect condition. Will once arm-wrestled Hulk Hogan for the rights to growl “Hey brrrrother” and upon winning, relinquished those rights to Hogan. They have been friends ever since, though Hulk believes they’re closer than they actually are…

Graham Clark (He/Him)
Mechanic & Vibe Sommelier
Graham once built an entire functioning robot out of coffee cans, duct tape and a flux capacitor he found on craigslist. After the government took it into custody and tried to weaponize it (to no avail), Graham swore to use his mechanical powers only for good. And what better usage than to build custom cargo bikes? Now, Graham spends his days torquing wrenches and performing psychic welding for any number beautifully designed bikes that come through the shop.
