Residential Pickup/Delivery
- The term Residential applies to any non-commercial or private residence,
- apartments, dormitories, estates, farms, home based businesses, ranches,
- rectories, parsonages or other locations where the entire premises on
- which a dwelling for living is located is not open to the walk-in public
- during normal business hours.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the carrier and the customer, the charge for pickup or delivery at a Residential location is payable by the payer that is responsible for the line-haul charge.
Liftgate Service
When liftgate service is not requested on the original bill of lading, but required to complete the pickup or delivery due to size, weight, or configuration and no dock is available for loading or unloading, the provisions and charges in this item will apply and be assessed according to the linehaul terms of payment in addition to all other charges. Liftgate service is considered to be required if a Liftgate was used for the pickup or delivery because no dock or forklift was readily available and any piece was configured in such a manner that it could not be handled safely and damage free.
Packaging
Our trikes are packaged with utmost care and attention to quality and security. We ensure that all wheels and corners are fully secured to a formidable skid/pallet. All wood and custom wrapped panels are enveloped in high-performance plastic stretch film to provide a layer of protection against any dust or foreign elements during transit. Layers of high density cardboard are then applied over each side and over the top of our trikes to act as a protective barrier between the trike and other freight shipments during transit. Finally, several more layers of plastic stretch film are applied to strengthen the cardboard layers and provide another protective barrier – creating a resilient seal that reduces overall exposure to the elements.
Quote Process
Once your trike is picked up at our facility, the freight company will typically have your trike to the freight terminal nearest to you within 3-5 days. That said, If you choose to have your trike shipped to a commercial address, your shipping time could take longer. Freight companies will often contract smaller LTL freight lines to make deliveries from their terminal to nearby commercial addresses. The timeline from when the third party freight company delivers to your commercial address is out of our hands. Freight companies are legally obligated to deliver a shipment within 30 days. If you have an issue concerning your local delivery, we’d be happy to help you get in touch with the freight terminal where your trike was delivered.

Shipping Policy
We deliver to residential and commercial locations, including freight terminals and storage units. For the fastest turnaround on your order please ensure you select the appropriate Shipping type and provide accurate address information. In the event of an error Shipping type classification upon address confirmation, we will contact you to sort out final invoicing for any required additional fees.
Commercial
Commercial Addresses are typically commercial or retail spaces owned by the customer. If you’d like to
ship to a commercial location, please let us know the full address and if there’s a loading dock or forklift
on-site to receive your delivery.
Residential
Residential locations often include homes, apartments, etc. If you’d like to ship to a residential location,
please let us know the full address.
Freight Terminal
Our freight carriers have terminal locations in, or near, most major cities and shipping to a freight terminal
for will-call pick-up is a great option!
When a trike arrives at the terminal, it’s held for pick-up for 3 days (, check with terminal to see how long
they will hold your package for pick up), and it’s best to call in advance to set up a time for pick-up at the
dock. You’ll want to refer to your PRO (tracking) number, which we’ll send along with the other tracking
information.
If you would like to ship to a freight terminal, please let us know your zipcode and we would be happy to
find the nearest available option.
Storage Facilities
When shipping to Storage Facilities, please note that your package will be delivered curbside. Our packages are fully assembled and freight sized, which makes delivering to a specific storage unit very difficult.
