Prehistoric Pedal Frozen Treats is a dinosaur-themed small business making scratch-made cookie ice cream sandwiches and fruit popsicles. Owners Brian and Kat have been operating their “dino-cycle” in the Erie, Colorado area for one year.
When asked why they chose to run their business from a trike, Prehistoric Pedal’s founders told us:
“We love the low barrier to having face-to-face time with our customers, and the unique look of our bike fits perfectly with our brand! We also love the ability to be mobile and get in and out of events and markets quickly.”
While farmers market season is coming to an end in the Erie area, you can catch the Prehistoric Pedal trike at the Louisville Farmers Market every Saturday until October 10th. You can also find their ice cream sandwiches at Love Ice Cream in Niwot, Colorado, all year round!
